SimpleWave was written because I needed it myself and needed it to be ready for use in a short period of time. From early alpha-versions on I've been using it.
However, this means I didn't spend any time writing an “Administrator application” to change the resources. You need to change them manually right now. I am sorry about that, but for the moment I have no plans to start working on it. SimpleWave is written in Pascal and I will port it to C as soon as possible. After that I may start working on an Administration application.
The following things are planned to be implemented, sorted from high to low priority:
• Port the code from Pascal to C and compile PowerPC native code as well.
• Add application which causes all copies of SimpleWave on the network to recheck the harddisk. (bought Inside Macintosh Interapplication Communication for this…)
• Welcome message.
• Log file.
